If you are getting an error message ("page cannot be displayed") when you try to connect with our secure ordering facility, the connection problem may be related to a security setting in Internet Explorer that is incompatible with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) installed on our web server.
Please try the following:
Go to the "Tools" option on the Explorer menu. Select "Internet Options" and then select the "Advanced" tab.
When there, please scroll down to the "Settings" window until you come to the "Security" section. Look to see if there is a check-mark in the box next to the "Use TLS 3.0" option. Please make sure there is NO CHECK-MARK in the "Use TLS 3.0" checkbox. When finished checking and correcting this option, click on the apply button and try to access the secure ordering page again.
No security is compromised by making this correction in the Internet Options settings. The TLS 1.0 security option is just one of many security connection options available on the Internet today and is sometimes used in certain online banking services. You may have to "re-check" the box later when using an online banking service that uses this secure connection option.
Please also make sure (in the same advanced options area of your browser) that the PCT (Private Communications Technology) 1.0, and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 2.0 security check box is checked.
