Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum domestic order amount is $25.00.
The minimum international order amount is $50.00.
Payment Options
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card information via our online shopping cart. Feel free to phone, e-mail us.
At this time we are unable to accept checks, money orders, PayPal, or C.O.D. orders.
Sales Tax
Sales within the Commonwealth of Florida are subject to a State Sales Tax of 7.0%. If you have a tax exemption license, please contact us to set up a wholesale account.
Domestic Shipping Information
Please allow up to 8 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
We typically ship orders via UPS ground service or USPS. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can make appropriate accommodations.

Expedited shipping is not available.
International Shipping Information
International orders will be shipped via UPS or US Mail.
UPS service is available on request (more expensive but faster).

Due to mail security issues we do not ship to Mexico, South America or the Continent of Africa.

Backorders
We do not backorder out-of-stock items, please feel free to reorder such times as they become available.
Returns/Damaged Merchandise
Returns: All goods must be returned within seven calendar days.
All goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
All goods must be returned in the original, unopened condition.
All goods must be boxed - not returned in padded mailing envelopes, overnight carrier envelopes, or standard envelopes.
Unless the return is the result of our error, a restocking fee of 10.0% will be applied to all returned merchandise.
Not Returnable
Spooled beading supplies - Beadalon Wire, Artistic Wire, Stainless Steel Wire, Supple Max, Elasticity, Leather and Silk Cord.
Pierced earrings.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged good will be replaced or refunded.
